My path to holistic healing is deeply rooted in the profound experience of motherhood. Becoming a mother in 2002 began a profound education that deepened as I support three LGBTQ+ children and two allies. While there have been heart-wrenching moments and the inevitable ‘what ifs,’ I believe every experience has led me to this point, enriching my capacity for compassion and healing. While there have been moments of doubt and reflection, I’ve come to embrace every step, knowing it has shaped me into the healer I am today.

My fascination with global healing modalities, cultures, and languages sparked during high school, ignited by hosting a German exchange student and travels to Costa Rica and Tijuana. While motherhood temporarily paused my physical travels, my intellectual and spiritual exploration continued, particularly into my Irish ancestry. Returning to formal education and earning my massage therapy license opened a new chapter, introducing me to Eastern healing modalites. This deepened my passion for holistic approaches and broadened my understanding of global wellness practices. As my personal journey evolved, so did my professional path, leading me to integrate diverse theories like hypnosis and crystal healing into my practice while continuing my global explorations. Today, I’m dedicated to providing a comprehensive healing experience that honors the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, drawing from a rich tapestry of global wisdom.”
